Dean Ball, superintendent
Prior to joining JKD Builder
in early 2005, Dean handled custom home sales for Austin-based
Dimension Builders.
He has 20 years experience in custom home lighting, including
11 years in outside sales and lighting design with Austin’s Lighting
Inc., where he worked with custom builders and their clients
on lighting design
selections. As JKD Builder superintendent, Dean works closely
with subcontractors, clients and realtors to ensure every home
is completed on budget, on
time, with no surprises. |

Sue Durio, marketing
Sue has 26 years of marketing communications
and public relations management experience. Her background includes
work with banking, health care, high tech, financial services,
commercial and
residential building, and real estate clients. She manages corporate
