With JKD Builder, you get the first-hand, on-site attention of a top builder - every step of the way. Keith and Dean are personally on the job site, overseeing each phase of every project, and in continual contact with homeowners, subcontractors and suppliers.

Over-Communication.

We're not like other larger building firms where you may rarely talk to the builder directly. At JKD Builder, we know good communication is the foundation for every successful project. Keith keeps every client updated at least weekly.You'll know how your project is progressing, get a budget and timeline update, and be advised of upcoming design selection decisions you need to make.

Making it Easy and Painless.

Building a home can be frustrating. But it doesn't have to be. Our unique Selection Sheets tell you what decisions are needed at each stage of construction to avoid delays, along with the budget allowance for each item. And you'll work directly with our interior designers and preferred suppliers, who have extensive experience in helping turn our clients' vision into beautiful reality!
