on Your Lot
Already found your perfect lot? We're ready to build. Here's a step by
step guide of what to expect:
Step
One: Evaluate the Property.
Before you invest in an architect, investigate all the
property issues that may impact what and where you can build.
Step Two: Finalize Building Agreement.
The contract agreement outlines time lines, budget
and a draw schedule so there are no surprises for you, us or
the lender.
Step Three: Secure Financing.
We can recommend lenders with whom our clients
have worked in the past, or you may have your own lender in mind.
We'll coordinate with the lender for any paperwork, such as draw
schedules, needed for closing.
Step Four: Make Selections.
Our unique Selection Sheets tell you what decisions
are needed at each stage of construction to avoid delays, along
with the budget allowance for each item. And you'll work directly
with our interior designers and preferred suppliers, who have
extensive experience in helping turn our clients' vision into
beautiful reality!
